Scott Howard is a talented singer, songwriter with a very natural musicality and incredible songwriting skills. His approach to music is unique. His choice to tune his music at 432Hz instead of 440Hz of the standard tuning system makes his music much more enjoyable and intense. Influenced by the legends of his genre, such as Bob Dylan and Cat Stevens, to name a few, Howard has a unique style and sound, shaped with years of experience in his incredible music career.
“The Language of Clouds” is an enthusiastic release anticipated by the single “Written In The Clouds,” opening track of the EP, a great song that introduced us to the world of Scott Howard and that we explorers in a previous article, check it out here! The clear rock influences, the warm voice, and emotional melodies are something that we find again the second track “Queen of Hearts,” an intense track that spreads positivity from start to finish. The beautiful lyrics and the outstanding interpretation of Scott behind the microphone make the songs flow smoothly, leaving the listener in a dream-like state of mind.
The following track, “Dreamer,” is an energetic track that shines incredible positivity. Thanks to the brilliant arrangement, the fresh harmonies and catchy choruses are a real gem of modern pop-rock music. “Harvest Blessing” closes the EP, an emotional acoustic track recorded live, that sees the duet between the powerful acoustic guitar riffs and Scott’s rich voice. The two beautiful instruments perfectly support one another, alternating melodies and creating extraordinary harmonies that mesmerize the audience at every note. The intensity of the performance, the simplicity of the arrangement, and the incredible interpretation of Scott make this performance memorable!
